Arche Peninsula

The Arche Peninsula is an isolated, largely untamed land. Its primary features are its vast plains of gently rolling tall grass. From a distance, it looks much like normal grass, but stands between four and twelve feet high. The northwestern section is mostly jungle, slowly blending into saltwater marshes as it nears the ocean. There is also a large shallows to the north, where a man could walk for nearly a hundred miles out to sea in the right weather.
The primitive peoples live their lives largely undisturbed. They gather plants, fish, and hunt the behemoths and some smaller game for food and clothing. Their few permanent settlements have large caves dug into the hillsides, but most of the Archeans live in temporary houses woven from grass, or in hide tents. Kelpathi patrols along the southern hills prevent anyone from entering. Although Kelpath trades with the Archeans, they only trade simple goods such as clothing and food.
The Archeans are allowed to leave, but if they do so they are not allowed to return.
